WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty conditions
Products of Lee & Tee are warranted for the entire usage period provided:
- Technical error for: inhaler, close button, tractor, thread, accessories mounted on the product
- Note:
- Subjective damage such as wear, tear, tear due to impact will be repaired for a fee (if it can be repaired).
- The guarantee period is from 2 to 15 days depending on the level of repair.
Lee & Tee disclaims warranty with case
- The product does not have the Lee & Tee brand logo stamped on the product.
- Errors caused by the user such as external impacts that cause the product to be torn, scratched, deformed due to exposure to high temperatures or prolonged and continuous humidity, hard, sharp objects, rough surface or animal bitten product.
Repair time
- Depending on the fault of the product, staff will schedule the exact time for the customer.
- If there is before that time, the store staff will contact the customer to pick up the product as soon as it is available (within 7 days).
Warranty costs
- Lee & Tee products will be warranted for FREE during use.
- Note: with some accessories such as dog hook, clasp, special accessories ... Lee & Tee will support you with 50% fee when replacing.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Circumstances and regulations when exchanging goods
I. In case you buy products at the store
Lee & Tee does not support the return of purchased product. However, customers are supported to return the purchased product within 7 days, with the following conditions:
- Customer has the right to change the product in case of fault due to manufacturer.
- Products that need to be exchanged have no signs of being used, not dirty; full packaging, labels, warranty information. For the cord cut off, Lee & Tee refused to exchange
- Customer can change to another product with equal or higher value than the purchased product and pay the difference
- Customer fully bear shipping costs in the process of exchanging products, if the need to return comes from subjective needs from customers.
- Customers are only allowed to redeem products at the stores they bought, Lee & Tee does not support changing products other than the store they bought.
- Lee & Tee only supports customers to change products once
II. In case you buy online
- Lee & Tee encourages customers to check the outside condition of their boxes and products prior to payment to ensure that the goods are delivered in the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and the outside condition. not affected (torn / scratched). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and / or immediately notify the customer support department so that we have a timely solution.
- Step 1: Check for yourself whether the product is missing accessories (strap, key chain, ...), the wrong size or the wrong parameters as on the website leeandtee.vn or not. Or can you compare with products with the same code to see if there are any differences? (Products with the same code will have the same specifications).

- Step 3: If you receive confirmation from Leeandtee.vn's product manager that the product has a technical fault, please indicate the Hotline coefficient to exchange / return the product.
- In case the customer has paid, received the goods and then discovered that the goods are damaged, wrong content or missing goods, please take a photo of the product and contact us immediately for our support. Next steps are to change / return or send missing products to you.
- If the fault is determined by the manufacturer, Lee & Tee will bear full shipping costs during the product exchange process. And vice versa, if the cause is from your subjective needs, will bear full shipping costs during the return process
- After 48 hours from the time you receive the goods, Lee & Tee reserves the right to refuse support. For complaints according to the above content
- The product is considered a technical defect upon confirmation from Lee & Tee staff.
- Refund method: Select equivalent products to exchange, compensate for bags with higher value.
